Director

Phyllis Briggs: I have 10 years of experience working in preschools including New Creations. This will be my 5th year as director.

I have seen it grow from 17 children when we started to over 50.  Every year I am amazed at all these children accomplish and how they develop into better little people.  It is my goal to give them a great start in our world by giving them a good Christian background.  With this foundation, I hope to give them a jump start in life to help them develop good habits to last them a lifetime.

 

Teachers

 We strive to offer professional and dedicated teachers who aspire to high standards of excellence. Our teachers are required to complete an eight-hour pre-service teacher training course offered by the acclaimed Campfire USA organization. To ensure your child’s safety, all teachers at New Creations are also required to undergo thorough background checks and become certified in CPR and American Red Cross First Aid.  We also attend a Lutheran sponsored Early Childhood Education seminar annually for up-to-date teaching techniques.  We are part of the Missouri Synod Lutheran schools system and we abide by their standards for teaching.

Each of our teachers comes to us with a rich background in Sunday School teachings, parenting and now preschool teaching.  Your children are important to us and we strive to uphold a strong Christian atmosphere in our lessons and music.  We would also like to work hand in hand with our parents to be partners in their child’s early Christian academic life.

We all have a love for children and a love for our Savior and we hope to pass this on to your children.
